We are an independent grassroots group, not part of the administration of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. We focus on professionalism and integrity. We believe it is in our best interest to develop a collaborative relationship with our hospital with no outside interference.
We create our own work and stand by our previous efforts to remain union free. We have not changed. Since December of 2002, the nurses of One Voice - Our Voice have maintained the belief that it is our right to choose not to join a union.
We collaborate with nurses at hospitals throughout California and across the country. We encourage all nurses to act professionally and respect each other as colleagues.
